Customer Requirement(s)

 

  • A Bangladesh Citizen who is working as a freelancer
  • Main applicant’s minimum age should be of 18 years to maximum 70 years.
  • The applicant is registered into at least 1 freelancer seeking web site, i.e. Toptal, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.

Required Documents

 

  • Two copies Color Photograph (P.P. Size) duly attested by the applicant
  • Proof of a valid account in a freelancer seeking websites (i.e. Screenshot of the Account)
  • TIN Certificate (only personal TIN)
  • Copy of National ID card
  • Copy of driving license (If any)
  • Photocopy of Passport (1st to 7th pages & dollar endorsement pages)
  • Proof of Residence (Electricity/WASA/Gas Bill, if any)
  • Proof of Car ownership (Photocopy of Blue Book of the car, if any)
  • Proof of T&T ownership (Photocopy of T&T Bill, if any)

Bank Charges and Fees

 

  • Annual Fee/ Renewal Fee: BDT 575
  • 15% VAT are applicable on all fees and charges.
