Service Protocol
  • Our Customer Service Executive Will Contact You Within 24 Hours After We Receive Your Order.
  • Our Customer Service Executive Will Consult with you about how to Process Your Order(S) and provide you with a blank pay order slip; which you will need to fill-up with necessary information.
  • Our Customer Service Executive Will Deliver the acknowledgement slip of your pay order and complete the order as necessary.
Service Fee/ Charge

Bank Sheba Service Fee Is BDT 200 Only; Which Is Completely Separate From The Standard Pay order Charges (Standard Charges will not exceed BDT 100).

Caution

All Monetary Transactions Above BDT 1500 Will Be Done By A Cheque Or Account Transfer To Bank Sheba.
